Survivor Strong provides educational and healing opportunities for survivors of gender-based violence, their allies, and the surrounding community. We work with law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, and other community members that receive disclosures or respond to gender-based violence on supporting someone through the aftermath of their abuse with a trauma-informed, victim-centered approach.
It is Survivor Strong’s firm belief that support and community can be a catalyst for healing. In addition to trainings, we educate students, parents, and community members on body safety, healthy relationships, options for survivors, and allyship.
Survivor Strong also provides resources and services for survivors of gender-based violence, because we know the importance of community and support in the healing journey.
Survivor Strong provides educational opportunities for the community and access to holistic healing and support for survivors of gender-based violence.
It is our mission to meet survivors where they are at emotionally in their journey, educate institutions and individuals on how to create a culture that supports survivors and prevents gender-based violence, and advocate for change to ensure equitable access to holistic healing and justice for all community members impacted by gender-based violence.
